Navaron was founded in 2025 in Lisbon, Ohio. Since the early 1800s, this corner of Columbiana County has been a working place, with iron furnaces, a powder mill, woolen factories, and tanneries, and it was built by people who made things by hand and made them well. That spirit is stitched into everything we create.

Navaron makes work pants and jeans for the trades, built to hold up through long days on the job site. When I started, there was one thing I wouldn’t compromise on: they had to be made in America, start to finish.

Machines like the ones I wanted aren’t sold in one place anymore, so I went looking across the region and gathered them one at a time. My Juki serger came out of a Cleveland factory that closed in January 2026 after more than 35 years in business. In Pittsburgh, a city with its own deep roots in industry, a sewing machine dealer had picked up Union Special machines from workwear brands, including the 35800 that sews our back rises and outseams, and our hemming machine, which spent its working life at a military clothing company. And the double-needle Singer, built in the 1940s, came from an old shop where it once sewed button-down shirts. It’s still sewing today.

I brought them all home to Lisbon, got them running, and set up shop.

Every Navaron piece is cut, sewn, and finished here in Lisbon. Every pair of pants has a double-stitched outseam, so the seam that takes the most strain is the one we reinforce. From the fabric to the thread, everything we make is 100% Made in the USA.
